The easiest way to purchase our products from us is to
and tell us what you'd like and the delivery address, we'll check what we have in stock, calculate the total for you, give you a delivery date and send you a money request via paypal, so all you'll have to do at that point will be to click "accept" if you are happy with it. Regretfully at the moment we can only accept payments by Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you can subscribe now, it's safe and free, just click on the Paypal logo at the top of this page, but remember that you don't need to register with them to use paypal you can pay using any Credit Card!

Please make sure you include in your order for each item:
- Item code and description;
- Item quantity, specifying how many you want as plain casts, or cleaned and primed, or finished elements, painted and based, when applicable;
- Item price;
- Total order cost including Shipping and Handling fee;
- Delivery address;
Also please indicate if you prefer to pay by paypal or by Italian bank cheque. If you choose paypal we will contact you with the details of the account on which to make the payment. Cheques will take about a week to clear. Please make all cheques payable to "Claudio Berni".

Shipping and Handling fees: the minimum shipping on ANY order is EURO€ 12.50 regardless the size of the order itself.
- EUROPE: for orders of EURO€ 50.00 or less shipping is EURO€ 12.50;
for orders over EURO€ 50.00 shipping is 15% of your order value.

- Continental US and CANADA: for orders of EURO€ 50.00 or less shipping is EURO€ 12.50; for orders over EURO€ 50.00 shipping is 20% of your order value. Courier service can be arranged at cost, contact us for details.

- REST of the WORLD: for orders of EURO€ 50.00 or less shipping is EURO€ 15.50; for orders over EURO€ 50.00 shipping is 25% of your order value.
Please note: these shipping fees only apply if you contact us for your order, if you purchase directly from our online shop the shipping may differ from what shown above due to technical limitations of the shopping cart.
All orders are normally sent by plain registered airmail (raccomandata) from Italy; if you require any additional service, such as an insurance for example, it can be arranged and charged at cost. Worldwide courier service is also available at competitive rates, please

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (working days only!) from the moment your payment has cleared, however it may occasionally happens that we don't have some of the items in stock, in which case we would inform you that there may be a small delay. Once shipped the actual time required for the parcel to get to you depends on your location, but usually is less then 7 days to Europe, less then 14 days to North America.
We stand by our products and guarantee your satisfaction. All of BAUEDA products come with an unlimited no-quibble guarantee: just send back your purchase with the original label and we will immediately replace it or refund the full price you paid (shipping excluded).
As for privacy, Baueda does not disclose buyers' information to third parties, ever. Cookies are not used on this website.
